Position Summary
The Senior Transition Concierge serves as the face of Concorde during one of the most important moments in an advisor's relationship with the firm: their transition to a new business home. This role creates each advisor's first impression of Concorde and is responsible for delivering an exceptional, concierge-level onboarding experience that inspires confidence, builds trust, and establishes long-term relationships from day one.
This is one of the firm's most visible and strategically important positions. Every advisor transition directly influences advisor productivity, long-term satisfaction, and Concorde's reputation in the marketplace. Advisors who experience an exceptional onboarding process become productive more quickly, build confidence in the organization, and are significantly more likely to refer other advisors to the firm.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted advisor, primary relationship manager, and single point of contact throughout each advisor transition.
- Represent Concorde with professionalism, executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to quickly build trust and confidence with advisors and internal business partners.
- Develop and manage customized transition project plans, timelines, milestones, and onboarding checklists.
- Serve as the central point of coordination between advisors and Compliance, Operations, Technology, Licensing, Finance, Recruiting, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and coordination for the Transition team by fostering accountability, collaboration, consistency, and service excellence.
- Anticipate challenges, remove obstacles, and creatively solve issues before they impact the onboarding experience.
- Demonstrate the ability to calmly resolve conflict, de-escalate difficult situations, navigate competing priorities, and build consensus among advisors, internal departments, and external business partners.
- Continuously evaluate onboarding processes and recommend and implement improvements that increase efficiency, reduce risk, and elevate the advisor experience.
- Quickly learn new technologies and business applications while leveraging technology to improve communication, organization, workflow efficiency, and advisor satisfaction.
- Coordinate technology onboarding, licensing, registrations, account transfers, system access, vendor engagement, and onboarding milestones.
- Provide proactive communication, establish clear expectations, and ensure advisors always understand status, timelines, and next steps.
- Track key performance metrics and use data to improve transition quality and consistency.
- Develop lasting advisor relationships that extend beyond onboarding through exceptional follow-up and concierge-level service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, advisor onboarding, client experience, operations, project coordination, or wealth management.
- Experience within a FINRA registered broker-dealer, RIA, or wealth management firm strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of licensing, registration, and onboarding processes (including Forms U4/U5) preferred.
- Experience coordinating complex projects across multiple departments.

Work Location & Travel
This position is based in Boca Raton, Florida and is expected to work from Concorde's corporate headquarters. Occasional travel may be required to support advisor transitions, office openings, onboarding events, and other business initiatives.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
