Full Job Description

This position is located in Belgrade, MT

Come work for Rocky Mountain Supply, your hometown farm and ranch co-op, located in the Gallatin Valley for over 75 years. Be a part of a team that is family oriented, growing and expanding, and dedicated to serving our local community.

Come join our team as Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities

· Providing excellent Customer Service.

· Ability to work effectively with patrons, management and fellow employees.

· Primary for answering phones and walk-in customer service.

· Accounts Receivable, processing ROAs and store reconciliations.

· Fuel and Credit Card reconciliations.

· Any and all other General office duties that arise.

Basic Qualifications

· Basic computer skills and understanding of basic computer programs such as Excel and Outlook.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Strong communication and organization skills.

· Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and be self-motivated.

· Positive, supportive attitude, and willingness to contribute to the team.

Preferred Qualifications

Accounting experience (AP/AR experience preferred).
Office experience of 1 year with accounting duties (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
