At Know Thy Dog, our name is our philosophy.
To “Know the Dog” means we pay attention. We learn personalities. We understand behavior. We build relationships — with the dogs in our care, with their owners, and with each other.
We are not just a boarding and daycare facility. We are a professional team committed to structure, safety, communication, and high standards of care. Our culture is built on accountability, respect, and being considerate teammates.
After a busy and successful year, we’re expanding our services and growing our team.
We’re hiring for part-time, year-round positions, with flexibility for the right candidate. We are interviewing and training immediately.

- You want to be part of a team that holds each other accountable
- You are considerate of your coworkers and understand that teamwork matters
- You value relationships and take time to truly learn the dogs in your care
