Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent for a new Hotel in Bozeman, MT.

The Project Superintendent plays a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage teams, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain project schedules. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of construction processes.

Duties

Superintendent is expected to help develop the overall construction schedule working in concert with the Project Manager with input from the Pre-Construction department, and subcontractors and maintain that schedule.
Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative work environment.
The site superintendent is responsible for the physical construction, coordination of subcontractors and management of the site, always prioritizing safety of workers on site, the general public and the safety of the site above all else
Implement effective communication strategies among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Maintain detailed records of project progress, including changes in scope, photo documentation, and project delays.
The superintendent is responsible for making sure that inspections are scheduled with all appropriate entities for their project, whether that be city, county, state or special inspector.
Subcontractors are responsible and expected to have their own QAQC program, the superintendent is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the subcontractors maintain the quality of their work thoroughly while performing work on project site. Trust but Verify.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore.
Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
In-depth understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Ability to troubleshoot issues on-site promptly and efficiently while maintaining project timelines.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Communicate effectively with Subcontractors, Project Managers, and Owners representatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
