Full Job Description

Office Space Copier is looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Support / Account Coordinator to support our Account Management team with customer communication, scheduling, follow-up, reporting, and administrative sales support.

What You'll Do

Support Account Managers with day-to-day customer and sales support activities
Follow up on meeting requests, proposals, open items, and customer communications
Send professional follow-up emails and appointment confirmations
Help schedule meetings and coordinate customer interactions
Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and activity updates in CRM systems
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and account activity summaries
Help keep the sales pipeline organized and up to date
Coordinate with service, billing, and operations teams as needed to support customer success
Communicate with customers in a timely, professional, and service-oriented way
Attend occasional in-person meetings or team meetups in the Sarasota area, up to approximately 8 hours per week

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, customer service, sales support, or office support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Comfort working with email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the copier, office technology, managed services, or related industry
Experience supporting sales, account management, or client service workflows
Familiarity with coordinating across multiple internal teams

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $40,000
Bonus opportunity: $12,000
