Job description

CNC Machining Operator needed for growing Bradenton manufacturer.

We are a small, family- and woman-owned company manufacturing hundreds of products based on our proprietary vacuum mounts. Benefits include paid time off and contribution towards health insurance. We are an air conditioned facility!

Hiring for 1st shift, 6AM-4PM Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities:

Operate CNC Mills (Brother, Ganesh), CNC Lathes (Ganesh, Takisawa), CNC Bandsaw (Cosen);
Inspect products from machines for quality assurance (using precision measuring instruments & comparing to blueprints);
Package and label items for inventory;
Participate in inventory counts;
Follow standard safety requirements; and
Handle materials appropriately and safely.

Qualifications:

Prior experience operating CNC mill and lathes preferred;
Ability to lift raw material and product up to 50 pounds;
Positive attitude & ability to work with others; and
Ability to be on their feet for a full shift.

Benefits:

Pay rate $19-23/hr depending on prior experience and skill level.
11 Days Paid Vacation and 3 Days Paid Sick/Personal Leave (pro-rated to date of hire, eligible after 60 days).
Health, dental, and eye insurance available. Employer contributes 50 percent of employee monthly premium for health insurance (eligible after 60 days).
401k program available (no company match).
Air conditioned shop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
