Provide administrative support to the Licensed Title Agent in the processing and closing of a real estate transaction.

Location: Sarasota, FL Job Type: Full-Time

This isn't just a data-entry role. You'll be a critical part of the closing process from start to finish, working directly with realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers to keep transactions moving smoothly and on time. What You'll Do

Provide administrative and processing support to the Licensed Title Agent (Closer) overseeing the transaction between buyer and seller. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Data entry and creating new files
Ordering and obtaining items needed to clear title — payoffs, estoppels, surveys, and municipal lien searches as needed
Ordering title searches, both paper and in software
Communicating and coordinating with realtors, investors, buyers, sellers, and lenders to ensure a timely closing
Assisting with funding and disbursing transaction funds according to the settlement statement, upon approval — including handling outgoing wires and checks
Handling incoming Earnest Money Deposits, cash to close wires, and lender wires, and providing receipts for EMD deposits
Answering and fielding phone calls from realtors, buyers, sellers, and lenders

Comfort working with numbers, wires, and financial documents
A proactive, team-oriented mindset — you take ownership of your files
Prior title, escrow, or real estate closing experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
