Job Overview
The Senior Marketing Designer is the creative leader responsible for bringing the IRISS brand to life across every customer touchpoint. This role combines hands-on design expertise with creative leadership, producing high-quality visual communications while coordinating the creative output of the global marketing team. Working closely with the Global Marketing Director, this position ensures that every presentation, campaign, product launch, website, event, and digital experience reflects the premium quality, consistency, and innovation of the IRISS brand. In addition to creating content, the Senior Marketing Designer provides creative direction, mentors team members, manages creative workflows, and drives continuous improvement through modern design practices and AI-powered production tools.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Content Development
· Lead the design and production of high-quality marketing assets across digital, print, web, email, social media, events, and sales enablement.
· Design executive presentations, sales decks, distributor presentations, and corporate PowerPoint templates.
· Create product literature including brochures, catalogs, spec sheets, sell sheets, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, and technical documentation.
· Design digital marketing assets including website graphics, landing pages, banner advertisements, email campaigns, paid media creatives, and social media content.
· Develop visual assets supporting product launches, go-to-market campaigns, webinars, podcasts, and customer education initiatives.
· Create event branding, booth graphics, signage, promotional materials, and conference collateral for global events.
· Produce illustrations, diagrams, icons, and visual storytelling assets that simplify complex technical concepts.
· Develop motion graphics, short-form videos, animations, and multimedia assets supporting digital campaigns and product marketing.
· Utilize AI-powered creative tools to improve design productivity while maintaining premium brand quality.
· Ensure every deliverable reflects the IRISS brand standards and consistently supports the company's "Humanizing Safety" brand position.
Creative Leadership & Content Management
· Serve as the creative lead for the global marketing organization, providing artistic direction across all visual communications.
· Coordinate and manage the day-to-day creative workload of marketing designers, content creators, freelancers, agencies, photographers, videographers, and other creative resources.
· Review, approve, and provide feedback on all creative assets before publication to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards.
· Mentor creative team members through coaching, design critiques, and ongoing professional development.
· Collaborate with product marketing, digital marketing, social media, training, and sales teams to ensure creative assets support campaign objectives.
· Partner with the Global Marketing Director to prioritize projects, allocate creative resources, and manage production schedules.
· Maintain creative quality standards across all IRISS brands, product families, and regional marketing initiatives.
· Act as the primary point of contact for creative production between internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Brand Governance & Creative Operations
· Own and maintain the IRISS design system, templates, digital asset libraries, photography, iconography, and brand guidelines.
· Ensure consistent application of the IRISS visual identity across all customer touchpoints globally.
· Continuously improve creative workflows by implementing new technologies, automation, AI design tools, and best practices.
· Establish scalable production processes that improve efficiency while maintaining creative excellence.
· Evaluate emerging design trends and recommend innovative approaches that strengthen the IRISS brand.
· Help define the future creative vision for IRISS in partnership with marketing leadership.
Qualifications
· 2 to 4 years of professional graphic design experience in a B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or technical environment preferred.
· AI-assisted creative production (Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)
· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
· Strong Microsoft PowerPoint design skills with experience creating presentation templates.
· Experience creating digital and print marketing assets while maintaining strict brand consistency.
· Excellent typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy skills.
· Strong organizational and project management abilities with experience managing multiple priorities.
· Experience with Figma, video editing, or motion graphics is a plus.
