Resident Care Staff and Med Techs

Waters Edge of Bradenton

Join our dedicated team at Waters Edge of Bradenton, where we are committed to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. We are currently seeking full-time, part-time, and PRN Resident Care Staff and Med Techs to support our vibrant community across all shifts, including some weekends. If you are passionate about making a positive difference in residents' lives and meet the qualifications, we encourage you to apply and become part of our caring team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following all safety and compliance protocols
Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident progress
Foster a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families
Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of one year of experience as a Med Tech or Care Staff in an assisted living or HHA setting
Ability to pass a level two background check and drug screening
Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Basic knowledge of medication administration and resident care procedures
