About Arctic Air Holdings
Arctic Air Holdings is a fast-growing home services platform operating multiple residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical brands across the Southeast, including Arctic Air Home Services, Arctic Air Services, Graham Heating & Air, Arctic Air Home South, Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning, and Bolt Electric. We move quickly, integrate new acquisitions regularly, and treat communications as a growth engine, not a support function.
About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to own the voice of Arctic Air Holdings and every brand in our portfolio. This is a hands-on role for a strong, versatile writer - someone who can sound approachable and reassuring in a customer email, sharp and current in a social post, credible and professional in a board presentation, and confident and clear in a 30-second radio spot. You'll manage the moments where our brands speak to the outside world and the moments where marketing communications speaks to our own leadership, keeping every brand's voice consistent, on-message, and unmistakably on-brand.
This is not an entry-level position, but it is an opportunity to become the go-to voice for a fast-growing, multi-brand platform - and to help shape how that voice shows up as the company grows through acquisition.
What You'll Do
Brand Voice & Customer-Facing Communications
- Own brand voice across every Arctic Air Holdings brand including but not limited to customer emails, review replies, social media captions and comments, and AI/chatbot-generated responses - so every touchpoint sounds consistent, on-brand, and true to each location
- Reply to reviews across all brands daily and manage the broader reputation management workflow, keeping response time and tone consistent everywhere
- Manage and refine chatbot and AI-tool response content, training these tools to reflect the right tone and messaging for each brand
Social Media Scheduling
- Write and manage social media captions, replies, and community engagement across brand channels
- Ideate, create, schedule and post approved content to Nextdoor, Yelp, and SocialPilot (Non video assets. No production experience required.)
- Follow provided brand guidelines, captions, and posting schedules
Content, Website & SEO
- Support website content creation across all brands, including service page copywriting, blog content, and SEO metadata
- Write and optimize content for AEO (answer engine optimization) as customer search behavior shifts toward AI-generated answers
- Partner with web and agency partners to keep messaging and brand voice consistent across all digital properties
Broadcast, Print & Creative Production
- Write scripts for radio and TV spots across the brand portfolio
- Communicate with designers on print collateral, print advertisements, and mailers, ensuring brand consistency across every location
Meetings, Reporting & ROI
- Create agendas for vendor, agency, partner, and brand marketing meetings, keeping stakeholders aligned and meetings productive
- Build agendas and supporting materials for board meeting communications updates
- Report on the ROI and performance of marketing communications and media management efforts to leadership
Lead Generation Tools
- Manage lead generation tools and platforms across brands, ensuring vendor tools are configured correctly, functioning, and delivering results
Corporate, PR & M&A Communications
- Support and give life to the holdings company's LinkedIn presence, developing content that reflects brand and CEO voice in support of M&A and growth efforts
- Communicate with the company's PR team on messaging, updates, and coordinated announcements
- Coordinate PR appearances and opportunities with the company's PR partner
- Support communication coordination for the integration of newly acquired brands
- Generally, serve as a voice of the company across internal and external channels
Cross-Functional Support
- Work daily with HR, customer service leadership, brand GMs, and the C-suite to align messaging and communications priorities
- Prepare and send weekly internal marketing update emails, chats, and memos to all staff
What You Bring
Required
- 1-2 years of communications or marketing communications experience; home services industry experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, or a closely related trade) strongly preferred
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to shift fluidly between easy to read, customer friendly copy and polished executive and board-level communication
- Experience writing across multiple formats and channels including email, social media, web/SEO content, broadcast scripts, and print
- Comfort owning and managing brand voice across multiple brands or locations at once
- Experience with reputation management and review response
- Strong organizational skills; able to run multiple communications projects across multiple brands without daily direction
Strongly Preferred
- Experience with reputation and review platforms (e.g., PulseM, Angi, Yelp, or similar)
- AI prompt experience - comfort training, testing, and refining chatbot and AI tool responses
- Experience coordinating with PR agencies or in-house PR teams, including media and appearance coordination
- Experience supporting an executive or corporate LinkedIn presence
- Experience in a multi-brand, multi-location, or agency environment
Why This Role
You'll have real ownership of the voice of a fast-growing, multi-brand platform from day one, direct access to executive leadership, and a seat at the table as the company grows through acquisition. Your words will be the ones customers, board members, and the public read every day.
