Responsible for providing technical support to business users, maintaining lab systems, managing system imaging, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on system maintenance, and the ability to support automation and reporting tasks using Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day technical support to business users, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations.
Perform system imaging (ghost imaging) of lab computers and endpoints, including OS deployment and configuration.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on PCs and workstations.
Execute installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and applications.
Re-image systems as required for upgrades, maintenance, or issue resolution.
Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and system configurations.
Strong expertise in PC troubleshooting (hardware, OS, and application-level issues)
Hands-on experience with system imaging tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and automation (e.g., macros, VBA, data analysis).
Ability to automate repetitive tasks using Excel or scripting tools.
Good understanding of Windows environments, networking basics, and system performance optimization.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $30.05/hour - $46.95/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
