Full-Time, Monday through Friday | $20.77-$23.08 per hour

Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Services Representative to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, takes initiative, and is excited to learn new skills while contributing to a collaborative team environment. You'll gain valuable experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, cash management, and other key financial functions that drive our organization forward.

What You'll Do:

Reconcile and balance general ledger accounts
Prepare financial transactions and assist with financial reporting
Monitor and maintain cash management and correspondent account balances
Process and balance ATM, debit card, credit card, and Shared Branching transactions
Research and resolve account discrepancies
Assist with wire transfers and Federal Reserve communications
Support accounts payable and other accounting functions as needed
Collaborate with team members across the credit union to ensure accuracy and exceptional service

Has a two-year degree in Accounting or a related business field, or equivalent experience
Is detail-oriented and enjoys working with numbers
Takes ownership of their work and can work independently
Thrives in a team-focused environment
Has strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career
Communicates professionally and enjoys helping others
