Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Closer to manage the final stages of real estate transactions. This role is responsible for preparing closing documents, balancing transactions with lenders, coordinating funding, and ensuring all post-closing requirements are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to providing excellent service to clients and industry partners.

Key ResponsibilitiesClosing Preparation & File Review

Review completed files received from the Closing Coordinator to ensure all necessary information and documentation is present.

Verify transaction details and prepare files for closing and funding.

Document Preparation

Enter and verify seller-side financial figures.

Balance transaction figures with lenders to ensure accuracy.

Prepare and distribute draft and final ALTA Settlement Statements to all parties, including listing and selling agents.

Draft, prepare, and print all buyer, seller, and lender closing documents.

Prepare supporting closing documents, including:

Water bills

Commission disbursement sheets

Mortgage payoffs

Invoices
