Automotive Sales Advisor

Expected annual compensation range: $65,000 - $200,000

Compensation includes a performance-based earning opportunity comprised of a competitive base/draw and performance-based commission structure. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.

What You Will Do

Welcome guests and create a comfortable, professional buying experience
Listen carefully and help guests identify the vehicle that best fits their needs
Present Toyota products and technology clearly and confidently
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Maintain consistent communication before, during, and after the sale
Respond promptly to internet, phone, and showroom opportunities
Accurately document activity and follow-up in the dealership CRM
Work collaboratively with sales management, finance, service, and the BDC
Continue developing your Toyota product knowledge and sales skills
Represent the dealership with honesty, professionalism, and respect

Who We Are Looking For

Automotive sales experience is welcomed, but it is not the only path to success here. Candidates from hospitality, retail, customer service, luxury sales, real estate, and other relationship-driven industries are encouraged to apply.
