Roger Dabbs Chevrolet is looking to add a parts data processor to our team!

Rogers Dabbs Chevrolet is seeking a dedicated Parts Data Processor to help provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace. Rogers Dabbs Chevrolet is looking for an experienced, self-motivated individual to support the parts personnel in selling GM parts.

Key Responsibilities:

Call customers to reconcile accounts receivable.
Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
Fax or email credits to customers.
Process credit applications.
Update and manage spreadsheets.
Mail flyers and other items to customers.
File manufacturer reimbursement claims.
Process freight invoices for payment.
Keep current on new products and product updates.
Participate in all training programs that are made available.
Communicate with freight companies to find lost shipments and schedule return shipments.

Qualifications:

An Associates Degree is required or at least 1 year of equivalent job experience.
Qualified applicants will have a professional appearance, high energy, positive attitude, and strong communication skills with an ability to multitask.
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Be friendly, professional, and efficient when working with all customers, both on the phone and in person.
Must read and comprehend instructions and information, both orally and in writing.

This is an entry-level position at an entry-level pay rate of $15.00 per hour. However, we do offer wage increases that are given based on merit after the probationary period.
