With approximately 60 employees across multiple related entities, we are focused on building strong operational systems, improving workforce structure, and supporting sustainable growth.
Position Summary
We are seeking a SHRM-Certified Human Resources Manager with experience in skilled trades or field service industries such as construction, electrical, low-voltage, or similar technician-based businesses.
The HR Manager will work closely with company leadership and department managers to manage recruiting, employee relations, HR compliance, workers’ compensation, and workforce structure across all company entities.
