Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Producer / Account Manager (P&C Licensed) and become a vital part of delivering exceptional insurance solutions to our clients! In this energetic role, you will leverage your sales expertise, insurance knowledge, and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships, identify their needs, and provide tailored coverage options. Whether engaging in outside sales or managing existing accounts, you’ll play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most while advancing your professional journey.

Duties

Actively pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to expand our client base.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by providing personalized insurance advice and ongoing support.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate property casualty, health, life, and commercial insurance solutions.
Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and optimal protection.
Manage client accounts efficiently using CRM systems, ensuring accurate documentation of policies, claims, and communications.
Assist clients with benefits administration, policy changes, claims processing, and renewal procedures while maintaining high customer service standards.
Stay current on insurance regulations, industry trends, and product offerings to provide expert guidance and compliance.

Requirements

Valid P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance license required; additional health or life licenses are a plus.
Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently.
Familiarity with CRM systems for client management.
Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse communities.
Knowledge of insurance regulation, DMV compliance for NYS Automobile insurance, and general knowledge of homeowner's insurance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive) for documentation and communication purposes.
Exceptional customer relationship building and client communication skills to foster trust and loyalty.
Demonstrated ability to handle sales administration tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
