Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team and oversee all aspects of hotel operations. This pivotal role requires a passionate leader who can drive excellence in guest services, manage financial performance, and foster a positive, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in hospitality management, demonstrate exceptional managerial communication skills, and be committed to delivering memorable guest experiences. As the face of our hotel, you will ensure operational efficiency, uphold high standards of service, and inspire your team to achieve their best every day.

Duties

Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless service delivery.
Supervise and manage hospitality teams across departments, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
Implement and monitor hotel guest service standards to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management, cost control, and financial planning to maximize profitability.
Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to optimize booking processes and guest data accuracy.
Lead human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations to build a high-performing team.
Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies.
Develop strategies for revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives and pricing strategies while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Maintain property safety standards by conducting regular inspections and coordinating with security personnel.
Cultivate strong guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring exceptional service at all touchpoints.

Skills

Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff from various backgrounds.
Proven experience supervising hospitality teams within resort or hotel environments with a focus on customer service excellence.
Expertise in managing hospitality operations budgets, financial operations, and revenue management strategies.
Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, multi-line phone systems, and front desk operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage human resources functions, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Excellent managerial communication skills for clear directives, staff development, and guest interactions.
Deep understanding of hotel guest service standards, guest relations practices, and hospitality industry best practices.
Experience in handling night audit procedures along with knowledge of hotel safety protocols and property security measures.
Ability to oversee multiple departments simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of hotel management.
