I’m looking for on-site Roofing Superintendent who leads by example and takes real pride in clean, quality work. You’ll manage residential roofing installs from start to finish — making sure materials are right, our high standards for installation are upheld, homeowners are happy, and the site is spotless before you leave.
This role is NOT just a material delivery driver, you are an onsite superintendent. You will be at 1 job the whole day making sure that single job is run flawlessly, not bouncing around between 2-4 at a time. You do need to be on the roof inspecting each aspect of installation. If you are not comfortable getting on roofs, this position is not for you.
This role is for you if you:

- Have experience in roofing as a site superintendent and installer (prefered)
- Have expertise in all aspects of roofing and flashing
- Communicate professionally and earn trust fast with homeowners

What You’ll Be Doing
- Confirm Materials: Confirm materials are correct and ready for install the day before
- Own the Jobsite: Show up early, begin setting up and lead from the front
- Lead the Crew: Keep everyone aligned, on-task, and moving efficiently
- Inspecting the Roof Yourself: As the superintendent you need to get on the roof yourself and inspect each aspect of installation.
- Be the Face to the Customer: Keep them updated and confident all day long
- Protect the Property: Make sure everything around the home stays clean and safe
- Thorough Cleanup: Magnet sweep, full cleanup, and nothing left behind
- Closeout: Walk the job with the homeowner, ensure they’re happy, and collect payment
- Document Everything: Upload photos and checklists before you leave
Compensation & Growth
- $65,000/year starting base ($1,250 per week)
- Raises every 2 months as long as you're hitting your targets, with the ability to move up to $95,000/year within the first 36 months
- Bonus Structures to make an additional $10,000 to $25,000/year
