Position Summary
Love being on the water and know your way around boats? We’re looking for a dependable, experienced Captain to join our marina team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences both on and off the water.
Responsibilities
· Safely transport, deliver, and pick up boats for customers and dealership operations
· Conduct on-water demos and walkthroughs with customers
· Assist with launching, loading, and docking vessels
· Coordinate boat transportation logistics and scheduling
· Ensure boats are clean, fueled, and presentation-ready for deliveries or demos
· Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to maintain safety and quality standards
· Provide outstanding customer service while representing our marina professionally
· Engage in ongoing education to stay up to date with product knowledge.
· Other duties as assigned
Location & commitments
· Full-Time
o On occasion, you may be required to work additional days
o Schedule work week may change based on seasonality and staffing needs
· Marina setting located in Branson West, Missouri
o Sales & Service Office – 16276 State Hwy 13, Branson West, MO 65737
Skills
· Strong boating knowledge and confident vessel operation skills
· Experience with trailering, docking, and navigating various boat types
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Clean driving record and ability to tow/transport boats safely
· Flexible schedule, including weekends during peak season
· Detail-oriented, reliable, and safety-focused mindset
Requirements
· Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Must have reliable transportation to and from work
· Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
· Must be able to haul, launch, and secure boats/trailers safely and efficiently
· Must be able to pass Missouri boater safety requirement (if applicable)
· Previous sales experience highly preferred
· Boating or marine industry experience is a must!

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
