Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative and become the friendly, helpful voice that makes every customer interaction positive and memorable! In this vital role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support through multiple communication channels. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help ensure smooth office operations while delivering outstanding service that keeps our customers coming back. Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in person.
Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing them appropriately.
Maintain accurate data entry using computer literacy tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
Support office management tasks like filing, proofreading documents, calendar management, and organizing appointments.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping to ensure efficient office operations.
Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering product or service information.
Support administrative functions including bookkeeping and personal assistant tasks as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools like QuickBooks.
Prior experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high call volumes professionally.
Strong clerical experience including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and document organization.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
