Position Overview

Rock Lane Resort is seeking a reliable and attentive Pool Attendant to join our team in Branson, MO. This is a flex role supporting both our Infinity Pool and Family Pool areas. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor pool areas to ensure guest safety and enforce resort policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Infinity Pool and Family Pool areas.
Assist guests with pool-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking pool equipment and replenishing supplies.
Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents in accordance with resort protocols.
Flexibly rotate between the Infinity Pool and Family Pool as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a pool attendant or similar role preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest safety.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
