Rock Lane Resort is seeking a professional and customer-focused Universal Front Desk Agent to join our team in Branson, MO. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
Maintain knowledge of resort services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Assist with reservations and cancellations as needed.
Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining front desk area.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
