We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Universal Front Desk Agent to join our team at Thousand Hills Resort Hotel in Branson, MO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming and checking in guests who arrive at the front desk, answering incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.
