About the Role
We are seeking a Bilingual Regional Account Director to lead account growth and business development initiatives across South Florida and South America within the aviation industry. This is a strategic, field-based sales role focused on developing long-term partnerships, expanding existing business, and driving new revenue opportunities across airlines, operators, MROs, and aviation-related organizations.
This role requires strong aviation industry knowledge, relationship management skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles within a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional revenue growth through strategic account expansion and new business development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, operators, MROs, and aviation partners
- Identify customer needs and develop long-term account growth strategies
- Manage full sales cycles from prospecting and relationship development through negotiation and close
- Conduct regular client visits, business reviews, and performance discussions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver solutions and exceed customer expectations
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Maintain accurate forecasts, account activity updates, and regional opportunity tracking
- Support long-term customer retention and partnership development initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Spanish fluency required
- Aviation industry experience required
- Experience working with airlines, operators, MROs, aerospace organizations, or aviation support environments strongly preferred
- Prior outside sales, account management, or business development experience preferred
- Strong inside sales backgrounds with aviation experience will also be considered
- Proven success driving revenue growth and managing customer relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel up to 50% regionally and internationally
- Candidates may be based anywhere within the U.S. (South Florida proximity preferred, but not required)
