We are seeking someone highly motivated and with prior sales experience.

Position Summary

Premier Boat Sales & Service is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Boat Sales Representative to join our growing team in Branson West. This role is responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right boat for their lifestyle while providing a professional and enjoyable purchasing experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, and passionate about boating and customer service. Boat Sales Representatives will guide customers through the entire sales process including product education, on-water demonstrations, financing, and delivery. This position offers strong earning potential through commissions and the opportunity to build a long-term career in the marine industry while representing some of the most respected brands in boating.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned boat based on their needs, budget, and lifestyle.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Conduct boat walk-throughs and on-water demonstrations for prospective buyers.
Follow up with leads generated from walk-ins, phone inquiries, website submissions, and boat shows.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Work closely with the finance, service, and rigging departments to ensure smooth boat deliveries.
Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, manufacturer features, and boating trends.
Represent the dealership at boat shows, promotional events, and community activities.
Ensure boats are clean, presentable, and properly displayed on the sales lot or showroom.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond the sale.
Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals.
Engage in ongoing education to stay up to date with product knowledge.
Use a computer-based CRM system to manage contacts, follow-ups, and client interactions effectively.
Negotiate prices and terms of sales confidently and professionally.
Other duties as assigned.

Location & commitments

Full-Time, Commission Based

On occasion, you may be required to work additional days

Schedule work week may change based on seasonality and staffing needs

Service & Office setting located at 16276 State Hwy 13, Branson West, MO 65737

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Must be able to haul, launch, and secure boats/trailers safely and efficiently
Must be able to pass Missouri boater safety requirement (if applicable)
Previous sales experience highly preferred but not required
Boating or marine industry experience is a plus!
