We are looking for an organized and creative Graphic Designer and Trade Show Assistant Dual Role Team Member to support our Marketing and E-Commerce team in producing visual content across a variety of platforms for our brands and assist our trade show team with trade show events. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who is passionate about branded storytelling and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment but also works well with customers and interpersonal communication.
Primary Responsibilities — Graphic Design
The primary responsibilities for this role is to assist in creating marketing assets for both digital and physical platforms such as email blasts, social media graphics and ads, website graphics such as banners, and seasonal printed promotional materials such as catalogs, lookbook/magazine pages, postcards, etc. The hybrid team member will also assist with photo editing, resize, crop, and format images/assets for our different channels and platforms. This team member will work closely with the marketing team, E-Commerce team, and Creative director to meet project goals and deadlines.
Secondary Responsibilities – Trade Shows & Events
The secondary responsibilities for this role is to assist with trade show events including planning, preparation, setup, and breakdown of booth space/showrooms as well as travel in and out of state to do so. The hybrid team member will also provide customer support for tradeshow clientele, including but not limited to reorders, product inquiries, and showroom appointments.
DELIVERABLES/TASKS
Typical weekly tasks/deliverables (Graphic Design)
- 8-10 emails
- 10-20 ads biweekly
- 3 banners per month
- Amazon listing graphics (tbd depending on release dates)
These deliverables may change during the busier seasons such as the Tradeshow season, sales week(s) and New Drops/Collection Dates.
Due dates for the assets are given in advance for better planning and time management - especially during the busier seasons. All assignments should be time managed to be completed during work hours (to avoid having to work OT) and should be delivered by or before the asset due date.
Tradeshow schedules are also updated and confirmed 1-2 weeks in advance for time management so that the graphic design work can be done ahead or managed to be completed by/before the asset due date to account for out-of-office tradeshow days.
This team member may also need to help the Creative Director with other graphic assets such as catalogs and digital/print ads for tradeshows.
Tradeshow Tasks (Only during Tradeshow Season)
- Attend in/out of state shows
- Assist with setting up and breaking down shows.
- Assist with Tradeshow Customer Service and leads
Tasks may vary depending on the season - such as tradeshow season and holiday seasons.
Typical hours would be 80 hours a week or more depending on season (TRAVEL SHOWS may require work on weekends in exchange for extra PTO)
$18-20 per hour
We will provide software subscriptions as well as any training on unfamiliar software.
