$60–$85/hour | Sign-On Bonus | Relocation Assistance | Up to $20,000 Tuition Loan Reimbursement

Imaging Services Manager Responsibilities

As the Imaging Services Manager, you will:

Oversee daily operations for Radiology and Imaging Services departments
Support the Director of Imaging with departmental strategy and operational goals
Lead, mentor, coach, and develop imaging technologists and support staff
Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard qualified team members
Manage staffing, scheduling, workflow optimization, and productivity
Assess staffing needs and ensure appropriate team competency levels
Monitor department performance, budgets, resources, and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, state, and local regulatory requirements
Maintain imaging equipment readiness and support quality assurance initiatives
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and hospital departments to improve patient care
Lead performance improvement projects and staff education programs
Maintain department policies, procedures, inventory, and operational standards
Serve as Director designee when needed

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) or eligible for certification
Three or more years of healthcare leadership or imaging management experience
CT and X-Ray experience required
Strong knowledge of Diagnostic Imaging operations
Experience leading, mentoring, and developing imaging teams
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
