Full Job Description

Entry level accounting position. Must be customer-satisfaction driven, self-starter with 6 months to 3 years of accounting experience. Must be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese and have a 4-year degree in Accounting. The candidate will be responsible for accurate reconciliation of business accounts. This includes bank statements, credit cards and auditing of quarterly, monthly or yearly accounts. Duties include the financial preparation and analysis of accounts and reporting of financial variances and inaccuracies. Corrective action implementation and adherence to financial and tax regulations is essential. Additional skills in Net Suite is beneficial. Paid holidays, company bonus, and full benefits are included.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Managing Accounts Payable: Processing vendor invoices, verifying receipts, and preparing outgoing payments.
Managing Accounts Receivable: Creating customer invoices, tracking open balances, following up on past due statements and depositing incoming payments.
Data Entry: Recording daily financial transactions into Net Suite accounting software.
Bank Reconciliation: Matching bank statements against the internal general ledger to find discrepancies.
Expense Tracking: Reviewing employee expense reports and verifying receipts against company policies.
Document Archiving: Maintaining organized digital and physical files for tax and audit purposes.
Administrative Support: Answering basic vendor inquiries and assisting senior accountants with clerical tasks.
Inventory Tracking: Schedule and exicute inventory counts.
Invoicing: Collect, reconcile and verify invoices
Sales Tax Reporting: Create and issue state required sales/use tax report.
Customer set up: Set up and maintain customer records included terms approval.
Other responsibilities as necessary.

Requirements

Must have good oral and written communication skills
Must speak fluent English and Manderian Chinese
Must pay attention to detail
Must be deadline-oriented
Must keep company and employee confidentiality
Must have good math skills

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in accounting.
6 months to three years accounting experience.
Should be efficient with mid to advanced excel functionality
