Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team with passion and precision. Duties

Lead the planning and execution of menus that reflect high-quality standards and current culinary trends
Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistency and excellence
Manage inventory control, procurement, and cost control measures to optimize food quality and minimize waste
Oversee food safety sanitizing procedures and ensure compliance with all health regulations
Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with meticulous attention to detail
Mentor and manage kitchen staff through effective shift management, training, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with dietary departments to accommodate special dietary needs while maintaining menu integrity
Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, leadership development, and continuous improvement

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory culinary role within a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
Extensive banquet experience with the ability to manage large-scale catering operations
Strong background in fine dining cuisine and food production techniques
Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, cost control, and food handling procedures
Familiarity with food safety sanitizing procedures and compliance standards in the food industry
Leadership experience managing diverse teams of culinary professionals in fast-paced environments
Prior restaurant management or hospitality experience is highly desirable
Knowledge of menu planning, shift management, and kitchen operations across various service formats
