Full Job Description

Former Lead Bartenders / Head Servers / Shift Leads Encouraged to Apply
Parma, OH + surrounding areas
Part-time | Flexible weekday schedule (Mon-Fri availability required)
Company gear provided | No photography experience required

This role is perfect if you’re already “the go-to person” at work.

If you’ve been a lead bartender, head server, shift leader, trainer, or someone trusted to run the floor, you already have the hardest skills this job requires:

- staying calm under pressure
- managing time independently
- handling clients professionally
- representing a brand with confidence

We’ll train you on the camera, drone, and video skills.

Training & Pay Progression (Clear + Fast)

Weeks 1-2: Paid training
Week 3: PassedFAA Part 107 Drone Test = $25 per unit (1 unit = 60 minute of on-site shoot time)
Week 5: Standard Video Certified = $30 per unit
Week 7: Premium Video Certified = $35 per unit
Leadership track: up to $40 per unit (trainer/team lead roles)

Mileage reimbursement: $0.30/mile + tolls covered

About the Job

We’re hiring a friendly, reliable, customer-focused person to join our real estate media team in Parma and surrounding Cleveland areas.

This is a hands-on, in-the-field role where you’ll visit local homes, work directly with real estate agents, and represent our business professionally.

No prior photography experience needed.
If you’ve worked in hospitality leadership, you’re likely a great fit.

What You’ll Do

Travel locally to residential properties to capture real estate photos + videos using company equipment
Communicate professionally with real estate agents and homeowners
Follow a simple checklist and proven shoot workflow
Upload raw photo/video files after each appointment (no editing required)
Train toward drone and premium video skills (pay increases as you level up)
Complete FAA Part 107 Drone Certification (training + support provided)

Strong attention to detail and professional communication
