Clinton County Garage Door, a Door Pro America company is a growing leader in the garage door industry, providing residential and commercial garage door installation and service solutions across multiple markets. We pride ourselves on strong customer relationships, operational excellence, and building a team-oriented culture where employees can grow and succeed.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Manager to support daily branch operations in our Southern Illinois market.

Position Summary

The Office Manager plays a critical role in the day-to-day success of the branch by coordinating schedules, supporting customers, assisting with sales and estimating, ordering materials, and ensuring operational organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer service
Coordinate and schedule installation and service appointments
Prepare estimates for garage door, opener, and service work
Assist with sales support and order entry
Order doors, openers, inventory, supplies, and tools
Maintain and update customer information within company systems
Assist with transitioning and maintaining records in Acumatica ERP
Organize and maintain schedules, notes, photos, and job documentation
Follow up with customers on sold jobs and scheduled work
Support overall office and branch operational needs

Qualifications

Previous office management, administrative, customer service, or scheduling experience preferred
Experience in construction, home services, trades, or garage door industry is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fastpaced environment
Detailoriented with strong followthrough
Comfortable learning and using software systems such as QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and ERP systems
Positive attitude and teamoriented mindset
