By the afternoon, you’re learning how to read a blueprint, checking dimensions with precision tools, and seeing a raw block of metal become a finished part. That’s a typical day of learning here—hands-on, guided, and safety-first.

What your apprenticeship looks like

You’ll rotate through key machining tasks to build a solid foundation in precision manufacturing while contributing to real projects.

Support the setup and operation of lathes, mills, and grinders under guidance.
Develop the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications.
Assist experienced machinists with fabricating and assembling tight-tolerance components.
Keep your work area orderly and safe, following established protocols and best practices.
Join structured training sessions and workshops to accelerate your skill development.
Handle basic, routine care of machines and tooling to keep equipment running smoothly.
Work closely with teammates to help the shop hit production targets and timelines.

What you’ll bring

High school diploma or equivalent (technical machining coursework is a plus).
