Email & Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a talented, organized, and self-motivated Email & Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple consumer brands. While email marketing remains the primary focus, this position also manages SMS marketing, marketing calendar, website promotional updates, and campaign reporting to ensure a cohesive customer experience across all digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative, experienced with Klaviyo platform, and passionate about using data to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Email Marketing

Develop and execute email marketing strategies across multiple brands focused on customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.
Build, schedule, and optimize email campaigns and automated campaigns within Klaviyo.
Manage audience segmentation, automation, workflows, A/B testing, and customer journeys.
Create compelling email copy and creative assets that align with each brand’s voice and campaign objectives.
Monitor email performance including open rates, click-through rates, revenue conversions, unsubscribe rates, and deliverability.
Prepare monthly email performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.

SMS Marketing

Develop and execute SMS marketing campaigns that complement email initiatives. Build and maintain automated SMS flows and promotional campaigns within Klaviyo.

Segment audiences to improve engagement and conversions.
Monitor SMS performance including click rates, revenue, subscriber growth, and opt-out rates.
Provide reporting and recommendations to continually improve campaign performance.

Website Management

Create and update homepage banners, promotional graphics, landing page graphics, and other small website updates when necessary.
Coordinate website content updates to support promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
Ensure website messaging remains consistent with email, SMS, and social media marketing efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a cohesive and engaging online brand experience across all digital touchpoints.

Analytics & Reporting

Analyze campaign performance across email and SMS initiatives.
Track KPI’s including revenue, engagement, conversion rates, and traffic.
Identify trends and recommend improvements based on performance.

Collaboration

Partner with product, brand, sales, and creative teams to develop effective marketing campaigns.
Maintain consistent branding and messaging across email & SMS.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
Take ownership of campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.

Qualifications

Proven experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or eCommerce marketing.
Experience with Klaviyo or other email marketing/CRM platforms.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, personalization, automation, and A/B testing.
Experience creating SMS campaigns and automated customer journeys.
Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platform.
Graphic design experience preferred – using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing date and translate into actional strategies.
Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
