Full Job Description

Baristas provide fast, efficient and friendly service to dealership customers. They operate the cash register, espresso machine and prepare espresso drinks, smoothies, Italian sodas and cold/grilled sandwiches. They maintain a professional appearance and maintain a clean work and customer environment.

We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.

Competitive base pay - $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
401K with employer match up to 50% of 5%
Medical, Dental, Life & Vision Insurance starting first of the month after hire!
Paid Vacation after 90 Days of employment
Weekly pay
Sick Leave that is accrued at the rate of 1 hour per 40 hours worked
