Product Enablement Lead, SEO & Search Strategy
Conversion Interactive Agency is hiring an on-site Product Enablement Lead, SEO & Search Strategy to help our Product team scale effectively and ensure our products reflect the evolving needs of search marketers, internal teams, and clients.
This role combines deep SEO expertise with leadership in product enablement. You will serve as a subject-matter expert in search strategy while owning product training, release communications, knowledge management, launch readiness, and front-line product support coordination.
You will work across Product, Sales, Marketing, Support, and client-facing teams to translate complex SEO, GEO, and product concepts into clear, practical guidance. You will help ensure that our products solve meaningful search challenges, that internal teams can confidently communicate their value, and that users are prepared to get results from them.
We are looking for someone with substantial hands-on SEO experience who can also lead cross-functional enablement. You should understand how search strategies, platforms, reporting, and user needs connect—and be able to turn that knowledge into effective training, documentation, product feedback, and launch plans.
What You Will DoLead SEO and Product Enablement
- Serve as an internal subject-matter expert on SEO, GEO, search visibility, and related industry trends
- Build and lead product training programs for internal teams, client-facing teams, and end users
- Translate complex product functionality and search concepts into clear, actionable guidance
- Help Sales, Marketing, Support, and client teams understand product capabilities, use cases, positioning, and value
- Develop repeatable enablement processes that improve product adoption and organizational readiness
Support Product Strategy and Development
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure product decisions reflect real-world SEO workflows, challenges, and opportunities
- Provide practical input on product requirements, functionality, reporting, integrations, and user experience
- Evaluate user feedback, support trends, enhancement requests, and market changes to identify product opportunities
- Help distinguish between product issues, implementation challenges, education gaps, and changing search conditions
- Represent the needs of experienced SEO practitioners and end users throughout the product lifecycle
Own Training, Documentation, and Knowledge Management
- Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, knowledge base content, playbooks, release notes, and training materials
- Establish clear documentation standards and keep product resources accurate and current
- Develop educational content that supports different levels of SEO and product knowledge
- Turn recurring questions and support themes into scalable training and self-service resources
- Maintain a centralized source of truth for product functionality, releases, known issues, and best practices
Coordinate Launches and Product Support
- Lead enablement and communication planning for product launches and major releases
- Ensure internal teams are trained and prepared before new functionality is introduced
- Coordinate product-related questions, user issues, and common support needs
- Triage bugs, enhancement requests, usability concerns, and training gaps to the appropriate teams
- Track recurring issues and communicate clear, useful feedback to Product and other stakeholders
- Improve the handoff between Product, Support, Sales, Marketing, and client-facing teams
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, including experience developing, executing, or advising on search strategies
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, content strategy, keyword research, search reporting, and performance measurement
- Current knowledge of GEO, AI-powered search experiences, and changes in how users discover information
- Experience with common SEO, analytics, and search platforms
- Experience leading product enablement, training, implementation, customer success, support, product marketing, or a related function
- Demonstrated ability to create effective training programs, product documentation, and educational resources
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical and strategic concepts to audiences with different levels of experience
- Strong organization, judgment, ownership, and attention to detail
- Ability to influence across teams and manage multiple priorities without losing follow-through
- Experience supporting SaaS products, digital platforms, marketing technology, or analytics solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at an agency or supporting multiple clients, brands, or business units
- Experience partnering directly with Product Owners, developers, designers, or engineering teams
- Experience supporting the launch or adoption of SEO, marketing technology, analytics, or reporting products
- Experience using customer and user feedback to influence product improvements
- Experience developing internal certification programs, structured learning paths, or scalable enablement programs
- Familiarity with product management, agile development, and software release processes
