This position is available to 2 shifts and will earn a $4 shift differential-
B shift - Monday-Thursday from 5:45pm-4:15am
C shift - Friday-Sunday from 6am-6pm
Are you a hands-on, dependable team player who likes staying busy and getting things done? ALULA is looking for a Warehouse & Production Associate to help keep materials moving and production running smoothly.
In this role, you'll work across warehouse and production areas, helping with everything from forklift operations and material handling to palletizing, case packing, blending, rework, and sanitation. No two days have to look exactly the same!
You'll play an important role in making sure our teams have the materials they need, products are handled safely and accurately, and our production areas stay organized and running efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other powered material-handling equipment.

Safely unload incoming materials and merchandise and place them in designated storage areas.

Move raw materials, products, pallets, and finished goods throughout the facility.

Deliver materials to production workstations as needed.

Prepare products for storage or shipment by palletizing, depalletizing, and organizing materials.

Perform a variety of production tasks, which may include:
- Case packing

Blending
-
Bag hook-up
-
Rework
-
Hand assembly
-
Inspections
-
Sanitation
-
Palletizing and depalletizing
- Inspect materials and products for damage, quality concerns, shortages, or other issues and communicate concerns to the appropriate team member or supervisor.

Help identify equipment issues and communicate maintenance needs.
-
Maintain accurate production records, material tags, and other required documentation.

Follow GMPs, food safety requirements, hygiene standards, and company procedures.

Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
-
Communicate production needs, material shortages, quality concerns, foreign material, and food safety issues promptly.

Work in different production and warehouse areas as assigned.

Maintain an appropriate pace based on production needs.
-
Work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing to the team.

Follow all safety policies, procedures, and practices.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Powered forklift experience is required. Candidates should have:

2+ years of powered forklift operating experience.

Completed forklift operator training or the ability to successfully complete required training.
This is an active, hands-on position. The ability to:

Stand for an entire shift.
-
Lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, and stoop.
-
Regularly lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
-
Some production tasks may require lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds.
-
Work at heights above ground level, as needed.
-
Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
-
Use visual acuity to inspect products, materials, and quality standards.

Read, write, and perform basic math, including weights, measurements, percentages, and number sequences.

Distinguish between color codes used for production or quality purposes.

- Satisfactory completion of a Vocational Rehabilitation Program, high school diploma/GED, comparable work experience, or an equivalent qualification approved by a qualified ALULA/TVS representative.

2+ years of powered forklift experience.

Completion of required forklift operator training.

Ability to successfully complete required training and follow company safety, quality, and food safety procedures.
