Who We're Looking For
For Agent Roles:
- Active Florida real estate license (or currently pursuing one)
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset
- Strong communication and client-service skills
- Willing to be coached and committed to the process
For Administrative Roles:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment
- Previous real estate experience a plus, but not required

Compensation:
- Licensed Agents: Commission-Based
- Administrative Roles: Competitive, commensurate with experience
- Pre-License Candidates: Up to $300 tuition reimbursement upon first closing
Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
License/Certification:
- Real Estate License (Preferred)
