Job Description: General Manager

Position: General Manager

Salary: Starting at $55,000 annually, negotiable based on experience

Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations to ensure profitability and adherence to McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Goal Setting and Planning: Collaborate with supervisor to establish restaurant goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
Team Leadership: Lead Department Managers in setting and achieving department-specific goals. Provide mentoring and direction to enhance overall restaurant performance.
Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop Shift Managers and Crew Members to build a skilled and motivated team.
Internal Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team and with ownership. Ensure a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and guest satisfaction.
Safety and Security: Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect team members and guests.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience supervising a team of 20 or more individuals, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
Minimum 3 years of experience in profit and loss analysis, demonstrating ability to manage financial performance.
Minimum 3 years of experience in hiring, training, and development of team members.
