Front Desk Coordinator – Neoma Salon

Location: Stamford, CT. Position: Full-Time or Part-Time

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Neoma is a new modern, upscale salon built on education, teamwork, and exceptional guest experiences. We are opening this summer and we are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and reliable Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our salon.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily salon schedule
Provide outstanding customer service to every guest
Process retail and service transactions accurately
Support the salon team with day-to-day operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Qualifications

Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with salon software is a plus
Must be available to work evening shifts and Saturdays
