As a Security Officer EMT Patrol Driver in North Haven, CT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor credentials, maintain visitor records, and direct individuals in accordance with healthcare location protocols.

Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.

Document daily activities, incidents, and observations accurately while supporting a professional and welcoming environment.
Minimum Requirements:

Possess EMT certification.

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
