Design Work That Makes a Difference. We Supply Community.
Most graphic designers never get to see what happens after they click Save.
At iOffice, you'll be part of the entire creative process—from concept and customer collaboration to print production and finished installation. You'll work alongside an experienced team, use professional design tools, support our growing online print storefront, and watch your ideas become tangible products that businesses, schools, churches, nonprofit organizations, and communities throughout North Texas use every day.
From brochures, business cards, direct mail to branded apparel, signage, promotional products, and complete workplace environments, your creativity will have a visible impact in the communities we serve.
At iOffice, we don't just create printed materials—we help businesses grow, nonprofits serve, schools inspire, and organizations strengthen the communities around them. Every project has a purpose, and every team member plays a part in making that purpose visible.
As a family-owned business, we're proud to partner with local businesses, schools, churches, and nonprofit organizations whose work strengthens the communities we call home.
That's why we say… We Supply Community.
If you're looking for a career where your creativity makes a real difference—not just another graphic design job—we'd love to meet you.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
Unlike many design positions where artwork is simply emailed to an outside vendor, your work will be produced right here at iOffice.
You'll collaborate with our Design Customer Service Representative and Print Production Team while seeing your ideas come to life using our advanced in-house digital production technology. You'll gain valuable experience in commercial print production, color management, and production workflows while creating projects you'll actually get to see in the real world.
You'll also support our growing online print storefront, helping customers easily browse products, compare sizes and specifications, receive pricing, upload artwork, and place orders online. As our technology continues to evolve, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience both online and in person.
What You'll Create
Every week is different. One day you might help launch a new local business with fresh branding and marketing materials. The next, you'll prepare graphics for a local school. Later in the week, you may design promotional products, branded apparel, brochures, signage, or direct mail campaigns.
Then you'll walk through our production area and watch those same ideas become finished products that customers proudly use throughout North Texas.
