Overview:
SealMaster is the leading Pavement Maintenance Products and Equipment Manufacturer in the Industry. We are seeking a skilled Compounder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse and manufacturing environments and possess a positive attitude and drive. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where attention to detail and precision are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment to mix, blend, and compound raw materials according to specifications
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols during the manufacturing process
- Perform quality checks on materials and finished products to ensure compliance with standards
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Assist in packaging and labeling of final products for distribution
-Assist with secondary warehouse functions
-Loading & Unloading of customers and inbound freight
Experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a compounder role
- Familiarity with forklift operation and materials handling techniques
- Experience in warehouse operations, including inventory management
- tools is a plus
- Exposure to laboratory procedures for testing and analysis of materials
- Proficiency in packaging techniques for final product presentation
