Join our wonderful team as a Office Manager today!

Red Oaks is an exceptional team-oriented company hiring for Office Manager! We provide our staff with the resources, tools, and training needed to succeed and grow in their current and desired future positions. We pride ourselves on our caring and compassionate management team who are there to fully support our staff and residents.

$49,000 salary
40 hours a week Monday-Friday (8:30AM-4:30PM)
4 weeks PTO
7 paid holidays

Duties

Managing office records and filing systems
Managing EMR system
Ensuring office is well maintained and organized
Managing office supplies, patient supplies, and equipment
Implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures
Handling correspondence via emails and phone calls
Phone triaging with clients
Assisting with HR

Experience

Medical office experience required
Hospice experience preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology
HR experience preferred
