Dental Office Manager

My Orthodontist is looking for YOU! We are looking for an outstanding Dental Office Manager that will be fully committed to our patients, their families, our Team and Doctors.

We offer state of the art facilities and board certified Doctors. We cater to a broader demographic and provide outstanding care. We own and operate all of the My Orthodontist offices. Our doctors are the best in the field and exemplify professionalism and exceptional people and clinical skills.

Must Haves:

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
Creating treatment plans and presentations
Providing training and development support to ensure all staff demonstrates knowledge of our business model, operating procedures and protocols
Responding to clinical and operational concerns timely and effectively. Be accessible and responsive.
Supporting the achievement of performance targets & budgeted goals.
Overseeing on-boarding and training of new staff members
Thorough oversight, direction, and streamlining of all practice processes and operations, including, but not limited to, office finances, phone calls and emails, to maximize performance and practice operational and financial efficiency

Requirements:

· Understanding of all day-to-day and longer-term dynamics and operations of the orthodontic practice, from front desk tasks to clinical work

· Close with and trusted by all staff members

· Personable and approachable – by patients and staff members

· Detail-oriented

· Multi-tasker

· Good organizational skills

· Ability to reason and carry out instructions and trouble shoot problems.

Strong communicator and Leadership Skills

· 3 years Dental office manager experience,

-Must speak spanish

-must be willing to travel to different locations (West Orange and Paterson
