About the Role

As a Culinary Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and sanitation of a high-volume food service environment. You will contribute to the overall success of our dining operations by supporting kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and facilitating smooth daily workflows.

Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of kitchen sanitation and dishwashing to ensure a safe and compliant workspace.
Support diverse kitchen functions by cross-training in prep cooking, line service, and general food preparation.
Coordinate the transport of food supplies and manage the timely delivery of onsite catering orders to support operational needs.
Foster positive, collaborative relationships with team members and customers to enhance the overall dining experience.
Optimize kitchen efficiency by proactively assisting with inventory organization and equipment upkeep.

Qualifications

Required Skills

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Capacity to pass required background checks and health screenings.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
