What does a job as a Real Estate Agent look like?
As a Real Estate Agent with CENTURY 21 Action Plus Realty, your day is built around people and deals. You will prospect for buyers and sellers through phone, text, email, and community networking. You will schedule and conduct property showings, present and negotiate offers, guide clients through the financing and inspection process, and manage contracts from accepted offer all the way to closing. Real Estate Agents at our Brigantine office also participate in weekly team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and ongoing continuing education. The real estate market moves fast — and so will your career. CENTURY 21 Action Plus Realty gives you the tools, technology, and training to compete at the highest level in the Brigantine, New Jersey market. Requirements No experience necessary — we train Real Estate Agents from the ground up. Must be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
