Job Description

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking Crew Members to join our Charleys Philly Steaks team.

Crew Members are responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food accurately and efficiently, maintaining a clean restaurant, and supporting the team during busy periods.

The ideal candidate should be dependable, positive, willing to learn, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and professional customer service
Take customer orders and operate the POS/cash register
Prepare food according to Charleys standards and recipes
Maintain food quality, portion control, and proper food handling
Work in all areas of the restaurant when needed, including the grill, fryer, slicer, prep area, warmer, and front counter
Keep the restaurant, workstations, and equipment clean and organized
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Restock food, supplies, and other items as needed
Assist with opening and closing duties
Work efficiently during busy periods and maintain a sense of urgency
Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and coworkers
Follow directions from managers and supervisors
Follow all Charleys policies, procedures, and operating standards
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and proper personal hygiene
Help create a positive and welcoming environment for customers and team members

Requirements

No previous restaurant experience required; we are willing to train the right person
Must be reliable, responsible, and punctual
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers
Ability to operate a POS/cash register after training
Must be able to work in different areas of the restaurant when needed
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and work for extended periods
Must maintain a clean and professional appearance
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
