Full Job Description

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Midwest Connect is a dynamic provider of mailing, shipping, and print solutions dedicated to helping businesses communicate effectively. Since 2000, we have grown to serve a diverse client base across multiple locations, offering innovative services that include mailing, printing, and marketing support to meet our clients’ needs.

SUMMARY

As a part of our Denver location, the Mail Processor assists with all aspects of our sorting facility. They are responsible for the accurate processing, sorting, and preparation of customer mail and packages while supporting the day-to-day operations of the facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sorting and processing customer mail, both incoming and outgoing
Preparing mail to be delivered by route drivers and/or to the post office
Receiving, sorting, and processing customer packages for shipping, including packing, lifting, weighing, and labeling
Operating general office equipment, including but not limited to: copiers, printers, address printers, tabbing machines, document folders, document inserting, and postage meters
Assisting with end of day paperwork, reports, and other administrative duties as needed
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment through routine housekeeping
Traveling routes to deliver and/or collect mail from customers as needed
Working closely with the team to complete any and all tasks involved in mailing and sorting

QUALIFICATIONS

Good communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Must be team-oriented
Ability to use analytical skills for problem-solving and taking initiative

REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to lift 30 pounds
Adhere to the company dress code (e.g. company apparel, professional appearance)
Valid Driver’s License (if applicable)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
