Build your ideal caseload with the support of an established multidisciplinary team.

Autism West Behavioral Partners (AWBP) is seeking a compassionate, licensed mental health therapist to join our growing behavioral health team. This position is perfect for clinicians who would like to start part-time while building a caseload, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as referrals increase.

Whether you're looking to supplement your current practice or are ready to grow into a full-time role, we'll provide the referrals, administrative support, and collaborative environment to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

Provide individual, couples, and family therapy
Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, BCBAs, and other clinicians
Support clients with a variety of mental health concerns, including autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns
Deliver services through a combination of in-person and telehealth appointments

Qualifications

Active Colorado LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license
Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills
Passion for collaborative, client-centered care
Experience working with neurodiverse individuals is preferred but not required
Comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services
